Not every customer or supplier will always be satisfied. You might need to chase up payments or respond to complaints. Business disputes are a common part of doing business, even when you try your best and work hard. No one really enjoys being part of disputes, but they do happen from time to time within business.
And if issues do come around, the worst thing you can do is ignore them or just hope they'll go away.
